Ingredients You’ll Need
Just a few ingredients and you’ll be on your way to making the most delicious, addicting Peach Mango Salsa! For exact amounts needed, head to the recipe card at the end of the post.

- Canned Diced Tomatoes: A lot of people are surprised with this ingredient, but a can of diced tomatoes makes the most delicious salsa. No need to worry about if your tomatoes are ripe or not, or if they have good flavor.
- Scallions: We like using scallions for a more mild flavor, if you want more of an onion punch you can swap out a yellow or red onion.
- Cilantro: Fresh cilantro is a must for salsa in our opinion, but if it’s not for you, it can be left out. Or try using fresh parsley instead.
- Peaches: Fresh peaches if you can get them, if not you can use frozen, defrosted peaches but not canned or jarred.
- Mango: Again, fresh if you can get it, but you can also use frozen, defrosted mangos.
- Lime Juice: From a fresh lime is best, but you can swap out store bought if needed.
- Cumin: Adds a smoky flavor that is often found in many Tex-Mex recipes.
- Oregano: Adds an earthy, peppery flavor. Can also use Italian seasoning as a swap out.
- Garlic: Fresh garlic is best, but you can swap out jarred, frozen garlic cubes or garlic paste.
- Jalapeño: Adds a mild spiciness. You can control the amount of heat by how much of it you add.
How To Make
Once you have all of your ingredients ready to go, the rest is a breeze! Just a few seconds is all you need for the most delicious homemade salsa.

scallions and lime juice and pulse

- Add the peaches, mango, cilantro, jalapeño, scallions and lime juice to a blender and pulse until finely chopped.
- Add a can of drained, diced tomatoes and pulse a few times until desired texture. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.

Tips For Best Results
- Instead of adding all of the ingredients to the blender at the same time, we like to do it in two batches. First we start with the firmer ingredients that are roughly chopped, then we add the can of diced tomatoes at the end. This way you’ll still get some texture with the tomatoes since you won’t have to blend longer to get the fruit and vegetables in smaller pieces.
- If you can’t get ripe peaches and mangos, it’s best to use frozen. You can defrost the fruit and use it in this salsa recipe that same as you would use fresh.
- Start with a small jalapeño and add more if you like. If you’re sensitive to spice, we found that a small jalapeño adds just the right amount of heat for most people. If you like your salsa spicier, you can add more.

Ways To Use Salsa
Whether you have this delicious Peach Mango Salsa or our regular Blender Salsa on hand, it can be used for so much more than a dip. Of course diving in with tortilla chips is the way we enjoy this salsa the most, but we also love it on grilled chicken or seafood recipes.
Another way we use salsa is to top our favorite bowls like this fun Cheeseburger Bowl or a Salmon Rice Bowl.
And let’s not forget about tacos, nachos and burritos, even breakfast burritos! We love this salsa recipe so much, we’re using it on almost everything.

Can I Freeze Salsa?
Yes! If you find that you’re not going to get through all of the salsa in a few days, transfer it to the freezer. We like to freeze salsa in individual portions so we can grab some when we need it. It’s perfect for meal prepping, you can make a couple of batches at a time so you always have some salsa on hand.
