How To Make The Best Chicken Tenders
I started these chicken tenders out by marinating them in buttermilk first. Overnight is good but at least 6 hours if you have the time.
Take the chicken out of the buttermilk and pull most of the excess buttermilk off by running your fingers down the chicken. You want some of the buttermilk on there for the seasoning to stick but not too much so that the get soggy.
Now roll them around in all that everything bagel seasoning and put them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 425, remove from the oven and serve.
You can serve them as is or make a honey mustard dipping sauce if you like (we do!) or barbecue sauce…anything you normally like dipping your chicken tenders in is going to work even better with these Everything Bagel Chicken Tenders!

By the way, if you’re following any type of low carb diet, these chicken tenders have just become your new best friend. You can actually get the crunch of a chicken tender with super low carbs.
