This PB&J Cooler is a fun twist on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, in cocktail form! This drink recipe uses a unique nut flavored vodka as the base!
Why should kids get all the fun stuff? Here’s an adult beverage for you to throw in your picnic basket this weekend…a PB&J Cooler!
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches have always been a go to meal for kids. I still love them as an adult.
Memorial Day is this weekend and while you’re stocking your coolers and picnic baskets with beer, wine and juice for the kids – why not throw in a few PB&J Coolers?
This is the adult version of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in cocktail form. It starts with Nutliquor Peanut Butter Vodka and a raspberry liquor, shaken together and topped off with seltzer.
I have to tell you, it’s really pretty darn good without the seltzer. If you shake this PB&J Cooler up and strain it into a martini glass, you’ve got a PB&J Martini.
Whichever way you make it, you’ll be surprised by how good it tastes.
The Cooler version with seltzer is just an easy sipping drink – you know – when you have those 7 hour long BBQ’s to go to, or you’re heading out for a picnic. You could sip on a few of these easy and still be ready for a martini with dinner.
Not to let it fool you though, there’s 3 shots of Nutliquor Peanut Butter Vodka and a shot of raspberry liquor in just one of these Cooler’s, but like I said, they’re for sipping.
