Use this Dressing Recipe On Salads Or As A Dip For Vegetables
Christie and the boys love salad, my little guy loves salad so much he eats one almost every night with dinner. Really, if it were up to him he’d choose to just eat salad for dinner but we sneak in some dinner for him too.
But me, well, before the web site started, salad was not in my vocabulary. I’m sure there’s some guys out there that can relate? Help me out if you can…
But to those guys who don’t eat salad (or maybe even some ladies too) try this Easy Creamy Salsa Dressing and see if it changes your mind. Super easy, made all in your blender and you can use it on so many different things.
How To Make Creamy Salsa Dressing
Add mayo, salsa, lime juice and zest, salt, pepper and cumin and blend away. That’s it. Dressing is done. You can add lots of other things to this dressing recipe too like a chopped jalapeño, garlic and plenty of other spices and seasonings.
We kept it simple here because that’s the way we like it. This was you can use this dressing on many other things like grilled chicken or as a dip for vegetables.
Drizzle it on a taco and even as a sandwich condiment. We use this Creamy Salsa Dressing for everything, I’m telling you everything.
But really, you should try it on a salad. If I can do it, I promise you can too.

Can i use greek yogurt instead of mayo?
Sure!
Spinach is great! We sometimes add chopped broccoli too. We like to leave it plain so that everyone can add their own veggies on the side!
Highly recommend. I make a salsa fiesta salad with romaine lettuce, chicken, tomato, carrots, cheese, black beans, corn & crush up Tostitos. It’s sooo addicting!!!
This was so good!! I love a fresh dressing and I will definitely be making it again.
Amazing salad dressing!! We loved it so much that we made extra and used it on our fajitas.
Yes, we love it on fajitas, tacos, in burritos…on everything!
What type of salsa does everyone use? Chunky? Restaurantt style? Homemade? Thanks in advance!

I think you can use whatever you like! It’s a blended dressing so even if you use a chunky salsa it will end up smooth!
I made a taco salad and quickly googled a recipe for a dressing to go with it. This has now become my GO TO for everything. I eat wayyy more salads now because it’s so yummy, I also like to drizzle it over tacos, and use it as a dip. So good! Thanks!!
We do all of the above too! Also…we use it on turkey sandwiches and even in pasta for a tex-mex ziti! So glad you like it, thanks Megan!
I made it for my cookbook club meeting to serve over a low -carb Sloppy Jose salad. It was deemed delicious and several folks wanted the recipe(or my extra jar of dressing.) The lime juice and zest give it a fresh tang, that I really like. Thanks.
Sounds delicious! Thanks for letting me know!
