A Fun Halloween Cocktail Recipe
When we have our neighborhood Halloween party, we make sure t have lots of food and drinks on hand and this Pumpkin Spice Wine Spritzer is a super easy cocktail to have on hand!
We live in a great area where the kids can have free run of the neighborhood and we adults can have our own party while they do. We make tons of food like these Pumpkin Glazed Cocktail Meatballs and lots of other appetizers like this Buffalo Chicken Dip or an Italian Sub Bruschetta.
Anyone who stops by is welcome to grab something to eat and something to drink – until we run out that is. Which I have to say usually doesn’t happen until late at night because we go into this party prepared. We always have our favorite chili to scoop into bowl and top with Fritos or tortilla chips or for spooning onto hot dogs, a fan favorite.
How To Make This Pumpkin Spice Wine Spritzer
Grab a bottle of pumpkin spice liquor, wine, seltzer and ice and set out a make your own cocktail station. That way you don’t have to be the bartender all night. Or you can make a mixture of wine and the pumpkin spice liquor in large amounts to keep in a pitcher.
Then just pour and top off with seltzer!
Light and refreshing and not too sweet. This Halloween cocktail recipe is one of our favorites!

What kind of seltzer did you use? Wondering what to get to compliment the flavors of the wine and the pumpkin liquer
We use plain seltzer, not flavored.
What kind of pumpkin spice liquor did you use for this cocktail? I’m having trouble finding some thing that’s not creamy.
We use a brand called Hiram Walker, but any non-creamy brand will do. I have found a few different versions in most liquor stores, have you asked around?
What kind of white wine would you recommend using?
Just whatever wine you typically like drinking, we use a dryer wine instead of a sweeter wine so that the overall spritzer isn’t too sweet.
This is hell gorgeous cocktail Dan!! I would love to try this at home for sure. thanks a lot for sharing such a Awesome recipe with us. Regards
We love this one! So easy and so tasty!
What kind or liquor did you use. There are so many now & this does not look like it was a cream based one so not sure what to add.
Yes, you’re right, this is not cream based. Without giving a brand name out, I’d just ask at your liquor store for a pumpkin liquor that isn’t cream based – they’ll definitely have it for you!
I love fun drinks but sometimes it’s just too much work. This is perfect, easy to put together and fun for a crowd. NOW I just need to find those glasses you served this in! :)
