How To Make Jack-O-Blast Pumpkin Rum Shooters
These shooters get a special whipped cream topping that you won’t want to just leave around for the kids to get into – it’s infused with RumChata to amp up the rum flavor even more.
Whip it up and carefully layer it on the spiced rum.
Simple but delicious. And sometimes that combination makes for the best drink recipes that you end up making over and over. Any leftover cream would be a perfect addition to your morning coffee as an extra pick me up, but I honestly don’t think there will be any leftovers.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces Jack-O’ Blast Pumpkin Spiced Rum
For the Whipped Topping
- 3 ounces chilled heavy cream
- 1 ounces RumChata
Instructions
- Whip the cream and Rumchata together until thickened, but not whipped cream consistency.
- Pour the spiced rum into 2 large shot glasses.
- Carefully layer the whipped topping on top of the spiced rum by pouring over the back of a spoon.

It was a little strong for my liking but I modified a bit The next round. I added the pumpkin rum and about 1/2 oz rumchata into a shaker. Poured that in the shot glass with the rum cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pue spice. Very good! Never would have thought to put the rum chata with pumpkin spiced rum. Awesome!
