You sure can.
If you’re making this spiked hot chocolate for a party, which I can bet that you are, just add all the ingredients to your crock pot and set it on low for 2 hours.
Then add the RumChata, stir and set the slow cooker to the warm setting until your ready to serve.
You can set the whipped cream, crushed peppermint and any other toppings you like out next to the slow cooker with mugs and your guests can serve themselves!

This boozy white hot chocolate is not only great at Christmas time but any time you want a sweet, Rumchata cocktail!
3 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 ounces white chocolate chips
1/2 cup RumChata
Crushed peppermint candies
Add the milk, cream and vanilla to a saucepan over medium heat. Do not boil.
Once the milk starts to simmer, add the chocolate chips and whisk until the chocolate is melted into the milk completely.
Remove from the heat and add the RumChata. Stir to combine and serve immediately in mugs.
Garnish with whipped cream and crushed peppermint (optional)
