This boozy white hot chocolate is not only great at Christmas time but any time you want a sweet, Rumchata cocktail!
3 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 ounces white chocolate chips
1/2 cup RumChata
Crushed peppermint candies
Add the milk, cream and vanilla to a saucepan over medium heat. Do not boil.
Once the milk starts to simmer, add the chocolate chips and whisk until the chocolate is melted into the milk completely.
Remove from the heat and add the RumChata. Stir to combine and serve immediately in mugs.
Garnish with whipped cream and crushed peppermint (optional)
