This boozy white hot chocolate is not only great at Christmas time but any time you want a sweet, Rumchata cocktail!

Ingredients
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup RumChata
- Garnish:
- Whipped cream
- Crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Add the milk, cream and vanilla to a saucepan over medium heat. Do not boil.
- Once the milk starts to simmer, add the chocolate chips and whisk until the chocolate is melted into the milk completely.
- Remove from the heat and add the RumChata. Stir to combine and serve immediately in mugs.
- Garnish with whipped cream and crushed peppermint (optional)
