A Delicious One Bite Party Appetizer
We all want tasty, but easy ranks pretty high up there too. Especially when we’re talking about Holiday dinners, when you’re not just talking about ONE appetizer. We’re talking about a LOT of appetizers.
You need some simple recipes thrown in there, but you still want them to be amazing. And that’s what I’m giving you here, simple but amazing appetizers that everyone is going to love.
How to Make these Phyllo Apple Bacon Party Appetizers
Let’s get started with the filling. I’ve got chopped apples, walnuts, brie and bacon. Just that alone, what could be better?
The trick here is getting everything chopped up small so that all the ingredients are about the same size.
And all of that gets mixed together with big squeeze of honey. It really doesn’t get much better than that. You can also swap out a few of these ingredients to your liking, like the brie can be swapped out for another cheese like goat cheese or mozzarella.
The walnuts could be swapped out for almonds or or even macadamias…but what stays is the bacon and apples. Those are the keepers.
Mix it all together and start to fill up the phyllo cups. Get them on a baking sheet, they’re all ready for the oven!
The other great part about this recipe? These Bacon Apple and Brie Phyllo Cups only take 10 minutes in the oven. You can throw these is just minuets before your company arrives!
When they come out of the oven, top them with a few more chopped walnuts and if you’re really wanting to amp these up give ’em another drizzle of honey.
