Scale

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs, diced into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • Kosher salt and fresh black pepper for seasoning the chicken
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Yum Yum Sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper on all sides. Melt the butter and oil in a large skillet. Stir in the garlic and then add the chicken pieces in a single layer, leaving room around each piece to get a good sear. You might have to cook the chicken in a couple of batches if your skillet isn’t large enough.
  2. Cook the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side, making sure you sear the chicken on all sides. Add the sesame oil and soy sauce, toss to combine and remove from the skillet.
  3. Serve the chicken with rice, ramen noodles and Yum Yum Sauce.
