This authentic tasting Hibachi Chicken Recipe is so easy to make! Just about 15 minutes is all you need and a side of out Yum Yum Sauce to make a fun dinner night at home!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs, diced into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- Kosher salt and fresh black pepper for seasoning the chicken
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Yum Yum Sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper on all sides. Melt the butter and oil in a large skillet. Stir in the garlic and then add the chicken pieces in a single layer, leaving room around each piece to get a good sear. You might have to cook the chicken in a couple of batches if your skillet isn’t large enough.
- Cook the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side, making sure you sear the chicken on all sides. Add the sesame oil and soy sauce, toss to combine and remove from the skillet.
- Serve the chicken with rice, ramen noodles and Yum Yum Sauce.
