A slow cooker steak fajita recipe that will have your family running to the supper table! These beef fajitas are excellent party food, your crock pot does all the work!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 lb. flank steak
  • 2-3 tablespoons Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 large onion, cut in half and sliced
  • 2 red peppers, sliced into strips
  • Flour tortillas for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the flank steak on a cutting board and dry it with paper towels.
  2. Sprinkle the seasoning on both sides of the steak, rubbing in to adhere to the meat. 2 – 3 tablespoons should coat the steak well, you want a generous amount of the seasoning.
  3. Place the steak in your crock pot and cover with the pepper and onion slices. (See note)
  4. Add the teriyaki and Worcestershire sauce, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  5. Remove the steak from the slow cooker and place onto a board. Shred or slice the steak, depending on how tender it is. Serve in tortillas with the peppers and onions and desired toppings.

Recipe Notes

If you like the peppers and onions to be more firm, add them halfway through the cooking time instead of at the beginning with the steak.
