Tender and juicy broiled chicken thighs packed with bold flavor and perfectly caramelized edges. Perfect for meal prepping and easy dinners!
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler to high. Some broilers don’t have a heat setting but you’ll want the rack to be about 6 inches from the heating element.
- Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, or line with non-stick aluminum foil.
- Season the chicken thighs all over with the All Purpose Seasoning and place on the baking sheet top side down. Place the chicken under the broiler for 5 minutes, then flip the chicken over and broil another 7 minutes. The chicken should register 165 degrees on a thermometer when cooked through.
- Remove the chicken to a platter or a board. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. See note*
Recipe Notes
We typically dice these chicken thighs into large cubes to use for meal prep in rice bowls or salads. You can, of course, leave them whole for serving.
