Broiled Chicken Thighs Recipe

Tender and juicy broiled chicken thighs packed with bold flavor and perfectly caramelized edges. Perfect for meal prepping and easy dinners!

  1. Preheat the broiler to high. Some broilers don’t have a heat setting but you’ll want the rack to be about 6 inches from the heating element.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, or line with non-stick aluminum foil.
  3. Season the chicken thighs all over with the All Purpose Seasoning and place on the baking sheet top side down. Place the chicken under the broiler for 5 minutes, then flip the chicken over and broil another 7 minutes. The chicken should register 165 degrees on a thermometer when cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken to a platter or a board. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. See note*

Recipe Notes

We typically dice these chicken thighs into large cubes to use for meal prep in rice bowls or salads. You can, of course, leave them whole for serving.
