Zesty Mustard Glazed Cocktail Meatballs

These cocktail meatballs have a sweet and mildly spicy sticky glaze that is so addicting and perfect for parties!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Colman’s Dry Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chopped chives (for garnish)

Mustard Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Colman’s Dry Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix the ingredients together for meatballs (excluding the chives) and shape using a 1 1/2 tablespoon scoop (golf ball size) and place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes.
  4. While the meatballs are baking, mix together ingredients for the sauce in a small saucepan and simmer on low heat until the meatballs are cooked.
  5. Add the meatballs to a large bowl and pour the sauce on top, tossing to coat the meatballs in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chives and serve immediately or keep warm in slow cooker.
