This Steak Sheet Pan Dinner an easy way to cook a steak dinner when the grill isn’t an option! Everything cooks on one pan so clean up is a breeze!

For The Potatoes:
- 1 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- Fresh black pepper to taste
For The Green Beans:
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Fresh black pepper to taste
For The Steaks:
- 2 New York Strip Steaks, about 1 pound each
- 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Remove the steaks form the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking time to let them come to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add the potatoes to a large bowl and toss with the oil and seasonings. Add the potatoes to the sheet pan cut side down and roast for 12 minutes and then remove from the oven.
- Turn the broiler on high.
- Add the green beans to the same bowl and toss with the oil and seasonings. Toss the potatoes on the sheet pan and move over to one side of the pan. Add the green beans to the other side of the sheet pan.
- Dry the steaks with paper towels and then season on both sides, rubbing the oil in first and then adding the seasonings, dividing between the two steaks. Place the steaks in the center of the sheet pan.
- Broil for 8 minutes on first side, remove from the oven flip the steaks and toss the beans. If the potatoes are done at this point, you can remove them from the sheet pan to a bowl and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Broil for 6-7 minutes on the second side or until desired temperature is reached (See note). The cooking time will vary depending on how thick your steaks are or if you are using a different cut of meat.
Recipe Notes
These temperatures are for when you take the steak out of the oven, then it will rise a few more degrees during the resting period. Using a thermometer is the best way to get the steak done perfectly!
