Ingredients
- 4 ounces Frangelico liquor
- 3 ounces Nutliquor Vodka or try peanut butter whiskey like Screwball
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
For rimming the glass:
- 1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Add the Frangelico liquor, vodka, peanut butter and cream to a small blender and blend until smooth.
- Mix the crushed peanuts and salt together in a small bowl and pour out into a shallow dish.
- Slightly wet the rims of 4 large (2 ounce) shot glasses and then dip into the peanut and salt mixture.
- Pour the drink into the 4 rimmed shot glasses and serve.
