These delicious, cheesy crescent rolls are going to be a hit at parties! We also make this recipe for a fun dinner night at home!

- 2 packages Crescent Rolls (We like the extra large or jumbo size for this recipe)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups thinly sliced onion
- 2 cups sliced bell peppers
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound roast beef, chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced peppers and onions, along with the salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder, cooking for 10-12 minutes until they have softened.
- Add the chopped roast beef and stir to combine.
- Separate the crescent rolls and then fill each triangle with about 2 tablespoons of the meat and pepper filling and then top with mozzarella cheese.
- Roll up the crescent roll starting with the wide end and tucking in any filling that leaks out. Set on a baking sheet and repeat with the remaining rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden brown.
Recipe Notes
You can also make this recipe with ground beef!
Store: Store leftovers in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat: Reheat leftovers in the microwave or the oven until warmed through.
