These delicious, cheesy crescent rolls are going to be a hit at parties! We also make this recipe for a fun dinner night at home!
Ingredients
2 packages Crescent Rolls (We like the extra large or jumbo size for this recipe)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups thinly sliced onion
2 cups sliced bell peppers
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound rare Deli Roast Beef, chopped
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced peppers and onions, along with the salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder, cooking for 10-12 minutes until they have softened.
Add the chopped roast beef and stir to combine.
Separate the crescent rolls and then fill each triangle with about 2 tablespoons of the meat and pepper filling and then top with mozzarella cheese.
Roll up the crescent roll starting with the wide end and tucking in any filling that leaks out. Set on a baking sheet and repeat with the remaining rolls.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve whole or cut into slices.
