Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 3/4 ounce strawberry liquor
- Prosecco or champagne for topping
Instructions
- Add the scoop of ice cream to the bottom of a wide low ball glass.
- Pour in the vodka followed by the strawberry liquor and swirl the ice cream scoop around the glass to combine.
- Top off the glass with champagne or prosecco and serve immediately.
