This Lobster Stuffed Bread recipe is a game changer…it’s essentially garlic bread, but stuffed with lobster!

Scale

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. steamed lobster, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 (11 oz.) pizza crust (like Pillsbury brand) in the tube

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium skillet, then add the garlic and cook over low heat for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chopped lobster meat, the parmesan cheese and the black pepper. Stir to combine and let cook over low heat for 2-3 minuets and then set aside to cool.
  4. Unroll the pizza crust and roll out slightly on a floured board.
  5. Spread the cooled lobster filling all over the dough, leaving a 1 inch border around the edge. Top with the mozzarella cheese in an even layer.
  6. Roll up the dough starting on the long side and ending with the seam on the bottom.
  7. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes until the top is browned, then cover with foil and cook for another 8 minutes.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes and slice.
