This easy to make, refreshing Iced Coffee Cocktail is perfect for brunch! Add whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top and it’s almost like a dessert!
Ingredients

- 2 ounces dark roast coffee
- 1 1/2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 ounce spiced rum
- 3/4 ounce heavy cream
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Shake well and then strain in to a high ball glass with ice.
- Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
