This easy to make, refreshing Iced Coffee Cocktail is perfect for brunch! Add whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top and it’s almost like a dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces dark roast coffee
  • 1 1/2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce spiced rum
  • 3/4 ounce heavy cream
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Shake well and then strain in to a high ball glass with ice.
  2. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
