- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together to combine well.
- Store in an air tight container or a mason jar in a cool, dark space. This fajita seasoning can be kept for up to 3 years if you start with fresh spices, so go ahead and double it!
