Skip the store and make this Homemade Fajita Seasoning instead! Fresh, bold flavors that can’t be replicated in a store bought version. We make this seasoning in bulk because we use it so often in fajitas, Tex-Mex recipes or on grilled meats.

Scale

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together to combine well.
  2. Store in an air tight container or a mason jar in a cool, dark space. This fajita seasoning can be kept for up to 3 years if you start with fresh spices, so go ahead and double it!
