Delicious, Grilled Zucchini and Squash is an easy side dish that goes with every meal! All you need is a few ingredients and a hot grill or grill pan!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds zucchini
- 1 1/2 pounds yellow squash
- 1 tablespoon All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to a medium heat, about 375-400 degrees. Alternately, you can make this recipe in a grill pan over medium heat.
- Slice the zucchini and squash into 1/2 inch thick slices and place into a bowl. Add the all purpose seasoning and olive oil and toss.
- Oil the grill grates or spray with a non-stick grill spray. Place the slices of squash on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until just tender.
- Remove the squash to a platter and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
Store: Store leftover squash in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. The squash will get softer as it sits in the refrigerator but still delicious.
Reheat: You can enjoy this grilled squash cold or reheat it in the microwave for 30 seconds until warmed through.
