This Elderflower Cosmopolitan is an elegant twist on a classic cosmo! Serve this for happy hours, parties, holiday or a date night in. It’s light, crisp, tart and slightly sweet and the most perfect pink color!
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 ounces vodka
- 3/4 ounce Elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce cranberry juice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake very well until cold and icy, then strain into a coup or martini glass.
- Garnish with lime slices if desired.
Recipe Notes
You can make these cocktails for a crowd, too! Store them in the fridge in a container or a pitcher. When it’s time to serve, stir the drink again and then add however much will fit into your shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into glasses. Repeat as needed.
