This Christmas Mimosa Recipe is perfect for your holiday brunch (or New Year’s Eve celebration)! This champagne cocktail isn’t just for the holidays, it’s delicious all year long.



  • 4 ounces Champagne or Prosecco
  • 3 ounces Orange Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Amaretto
  • 1/2 ounce Grenadine Syrup


  1. Add the champagne, orange juice and Amaretto to a wide mouthed champagne glass (a coupe style).
  2. Slowly pour in the grenadine and it will settle to the bottom of the glass. Serve layered or swirl with a cocktail spoon to combine.
