This tasty brunch cocktail has a gorgeous piece of bacon for garnish! Have a snack and you drink at the same time!

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces gin
1 pasteurized egg white
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 ounce agave syrup
Cooked bacon for garnish
Instructions
Add ice to a high ball glass. Add the gin, egg white and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake very well until the drink foams on top.
Strain into the glass and garnish with bacon.
