This tasty bellini recipe uses fresh apples to kick up the fall flavor!
Ingredients
3 apples, peeled, cored and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
6 ounces bourbon (you can also use an apple bourbon)
Champagne or prosecco for topping
Instructions
Add the apples to a blender or food processor along with the water, sugar and lemon juice. Blend until almost smooth and then transfer to a bowl.
Get 6 champagne flutes and fill each with 1 ounce of bourbon and a tablespoon of the apple puree.
Top with champagne and garnish with an apple slice.
