- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 ounces whiskey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Pizzelle cookies and whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Add the ice cream, vanilla extract, whiskey and blueberries to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with pizzelle cookie and whipped cream.
