Thaw two boxes of frozen artichoke hearts and place them into a 2-quart buttered baking dish.
Make the sauce by blending softened cream cheese, heavy cream, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over the artichokes in an even layer.
Toss panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and spread the breadcrumbs over the top of the casserole.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and bake.
Bake until the breadcrumbs on top are browned and the casserole is bubbling. Then it's time to dig in!
