Season the chicken breasts, then dip them first into flour, followed by an egg wash. Place the chicken directly into a hot pan with butter.
Once browned, remove the chicken from the pan. Deglaze with wine, then add chicken stock, lemon juice, and butter. Add cornstarch to thicken.
Add the chicken back to the skillet. Top with lemon slices and simmer on low, then serve!
