You won't believe how juicy this Pork Tenderloin turns out. The air fryer locks in the juices and gives the pork a beautiful golden-brown finish.
Combine the ingredients for the dry rub and generously coat all sides of the pork.
Spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray and place the pieces of seasoned pork into the basket.
Cook at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Remove the pork from the air fryer and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the pork and spoon the juices over the top of the slices. You can also try thinner slices for sandwiches, paninis, or wraps!
