Make roasted garlic in half the time using your air fryer! Sweet, nutty, spreadable cloves of garlic that can be used as a spread on crackers or toast, or in many different receipes.
Start by cutting the top third off of your heads of garlic.
Place each head of garlic in a piece of foil and season with salt and pepper. Then drizzle olive oil over the garlic.
Wrap each head of garlic up tightly and place into your air fryer at 400 degrees.
Let the garlic sit, wrapped, in the air fryer for 5 minutes after cooking. Then unwrap and let it cool.
Once the garlic has cooled, you can squeeze out the cloves and use it on anything you like!
