Big Mac Sloppy Joes have all the flavors of the classic fast food burger! Beef, onions and relish mixed together with copycat Big Mac Sauce!
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
For Serving:
- American cheese
- Sliced pickles
- Shredded lettuce
- Big Mac Sauce
- Regular hamburger buns or slider buns (preferably seeded)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef, breaking up with a spoon and cooking until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain off any grease from the beef and return to the skillet.
- Add the onions, stirring into the beef and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onions have softened.
- While the onions are cooking, mix together the salt, garlic powder, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish and vinegar in a bowl.
- Turn the heat off and pour the sauce over the beef, stirring to combine.
- Serve on buns topped with cheese and pickles and our copycat Big Mac Sauce!
