Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds medium count shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste

For the Mustard Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Fort the Bloody Mary Sauce

  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons vodka
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/21 teaspoon hot sauce, depending on your taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together for each sauce in separate bowls and chill.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Lightly coat the shrimp with salt and pepper and roast in a 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, transfer to a plater and let cool.
  6. Serve the shrimp warm, chilled or at room temperature with both sauces on the side.
