Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds medium count shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Kosher salt and fresh black pepper to taste
For the Mustard Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Fort the Bloody Mary Sauce
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
- 2 teaspoons vodka
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon hot sauce, depending on your taste
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together for each sauce in separate bowls and chill.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Lightly coat the shrimp with salt and pepper and roast in a 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, transfer to a plater and let cool.
- Serve the shrimp warm, chilled or at room temperature with both sauces on the side.
