Pulled Pork Sliders are always a hit! Tangy, tender pulled pork piled onto sweet Hawaiian slider buns with melted mozzarella. The perfect game day appetizer or dinner!

Scale

Ingredients

  • 45 cups Pulled Pork (for a quick alternative, see note)
  • 1 package (24 rolls, or 2 12 roll packages) Hawaiian Slider Buns
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese or 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Slice the slider rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottoms of the buns on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread the pulled pork on the bottom buns in a even layer.

  4. Top the pulled pork with the sliced or shredded mozzarella and then add the tops of the slider buns.

  5. Brush the melted butter on the tops of the buns and then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5-7 minutes until the tops of the buns are browned.

Recipe Notes

Our homemade pulled pork recipe is best! In a pinch, grab store bought pulled pork to make these sliders even easier.

Store: Store leftover sliders in a container or wrapped in foil for up to 2 days.

Reheat: Wrap the sliders loosely in foil, then reheat in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until warmed through.
