This sweet dessert cocktail is one of my favorite drink recipes to order after a meal! Now you can make this classic cocktail at home!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Irish Cream
- 1 1/2 ounces Frangelica
- 1/2 ounce Kahlua
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the Baileys, Frangelica and Kahlua to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a low ball glass.
- Beat the heavy cream with a whisk for 3-4 minutes until just thickened. Slowly pour the cream into the glass so the cream sits on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top, or use chopped nuts to rim the glass. (see note)
Recipe Notes
To Rim the Glass: Use a simple syrup (equal parts sugar boiled with equal parts water until clear) to wet the edges of a glass and then roll into chopped nuts. You can also use light corn syrup if you want a stronger hold.
