This fruity tequila cocktail is perfect for celebrating St Patrick’s Day!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1 1/2 ounces melon liquor (such as Midori)
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- Seltzer for topping
- Sliced honeydew melon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the tequila, melon liquor and pineapple juice to tall glass filled with ice.
- Stir well, then top with seltzer.
