This Crab Pasta Salad is loaded with crab and tons of vegetables! This pasta salad has all the flavors of a crab cake, tosssed in a delicious make-ahead salad!

Ingredients
- 1 pound gemelli, bow ties or penne pasta
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 lb. crab meat, rinsed and picked through (claw meat is fine for this salad, but if you have lump great!)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
For the Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup sweet relish
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain and rinse under cold water. Place the pasta in a large bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients together for the dressing in a small bowl. Pour over the pasta along with the peppers, celery and onion and toss to combine.
- Gently fold in the crab, cover with plastic and chill until ready to serve.
- Stir again before serving and garnish with parsley.
