Chick Fil A Chicken Salad Recipe

No need to hit the drive through! This addicting Copycat Chick Fil A Chicken Salad is ready in just minutes. Perfect for lunch, dinner or a snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 heaping cups cooked, diced chicken
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 medium stalks celery, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickled relish or chopped pickles
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken (1 cup at a time for best texture) to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until you reach the desired consistency (refer to our photos in the post for examples). Remove the chicken from the processor and place into to a large bowl.
  2. Add the celery and eggs to the food processor and pulse a few times until you have the desired texture. Place the eggs and celery into the bowl with the chicken.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, pickle relish, salt, paprika and black pepper to taste. Stir together until combined, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Recipe Notes

Store: Store chicken salad in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. This will depend on how fresh your chicken was that you started with. Cooked chicken will keep fresh for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
