This easy, delicious grilled salmon has the most delicious fresh basil cream sauce!

Ingredients
- (4) 6 oz. salmon filets
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 2 cedar planks
For the Basil Cream Sauce
- 1 cup packed basil leaves
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Place on the cedar planks and grill over medium heat (about 375) for 12-13 minutes.
- Add the ingredients for the sauce to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve on the side or spoon over the warm salmon.
