Beer Bloody Mary

A fun twist on the classic Bloody Mary cocktail. This version is made with beer instead of vodka. Perfect for happy hour or brunch!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup tomato juice
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon chili powder
  • 12 oz. bottle of pilsner, pale ale or your favorite light beer
  • Garnish as desired with olives, celery, pickles, etc.

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small pitcher, or double for 4 drinks in a larger pitcher.
  2. Stir well and fill 2 glasses half way. Top off with the beer, dividing between the glasses.
  3. Garnish as desired.
