A hint of pumpkin flavor from pumpkin puree is not a sweet flavor. It's amazingly savory, comforting, creamy, and hearty. This veggie-packed turkey chili will warm you up on crisp fall days.
Cook down the peppers and onions, and add the spices. Once soft, add the garlic and push the veggies to one side of the pot.
Add the ground turkey and more seasonings. Cook until crumbled and cooked through, then mix with the vegetables.
Deglaze the pot with white wine. Next, stir in the chicken broth, pumpkin puree, beans and rosemary. Simmer for 30 minutes until thickened.
Remove the rosemary sprigs and add the cream. Serve in bowls with tortilla chips or bread for dipping.
