This Pork Tenderloin with Apples recipe is an easy, sheet pan dinner that will impress anyone! Juicy, tender pork with roasted apples and cabbage, tossed in a honey mustard glaze!
Whisk together the ingredients for the honey mustard glaze, and set aside.
Place two pork tenderloins atop a layer of cabbage wedges and apple slices on the sheet pan.
Baste both sides of the pork with the honey mustard glaze. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the apples and cabbage.
Place the sheet pan in the oven for about 40 minutes at 400ºF. The pork is done when the internal temperature has reached 145 degrees.
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, then cut it into thick slices and serve with the cabbage and apples on the side.
