This creamy Tuscan chicken is a simple and delicious dinner idea! An easy-to-make, restaurant-quality chicken breast recipe with sun dried tomatoes and spinach, baked in a flavorful white wine sauce.
Season and sear the chicken breasts in olive oil. Set the chicken aside – you'll use the same pan to make the cream sauce!
Saute onions and garlic. Deglaze with wine, and add the rest of the ingredients, parmesan, and sun dried tomatoes. Simmer to thicken.
Place the chicken breasts over a bed of spinach in a baking pan. Pour over the cream sauce, and bake for 25 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to a platter, then top with the spinach and cream sauce (plus more parmesan!)
