Season the chicken breasts on both sides with the basil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Then cook them in a skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Cook the onion, garlic, flour, white wine, chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place spinach in the bottom of a baking dish, place chicken breasts on top, and pour sauce on top. Cover tightly, and bake for 25 minutes.
Place chicken breasts onto a platter, slice it, and pour the spinach and sauce over top. Garnish with parmesan cheese and black pepper if desired.
