Baked Tacos are a quick and easy way to enjoy all the flavor of traditional tacos. A ground beef filling mixed with refried beans and salsa gets stuffed into taco shells, nestled in between layers of cheese, and then baked. Yum!
Place 10 tacos shells in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
Add a layer of cheese to the bottom of each taco shell.
Add the ground beef filling on top of the layer of cheese.
Next, add the diced green chilis on top of the layer of beef.
Top with more shredded cheese and bake. You can try different cheeses for added flavor!
Garnish with sour cream and serve with a side of rice! Enjoy :)
