Add the clams to a pot with water and fresh lemons. Bring to a boil and then cover and steam the clams for about 10 minutes until they open.
Remove the top shell from the clam and place onto a baking sheet.
Make the breadcrumb topping with seasoned breadcrumbs, butter, parsley, seasoning and a splash of white wine.
Add the topping to each clam, covering the clams completely with the breadcrumbs.
Drizzle the tops of the clams with melted butter and bake for 10 minutes until the topping is browned.
