Slow Cooker Beef Stew

This easy slow cooker stew can be made in just minutes!

Ingredients

  • Stubb’s® Smokehouse Bourbon Cookin’ Sauce
  • 2 lb. flank steak
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cube the flank steak into 2″ pieces and toss with the dry rub provided in the package.
  2. Place in your slow cooker with 1 cup of beef broth and set on high for 4 hours.
  3. Drain the liquid from the slow cooker and stir in then stir in the sauce packet.
  4. Cook on high for another 1o-15 minutes and serve over egg noodles or rice.
