RumChata Creamsicle Champagne

Makes 4 drinks, you’ll have extra RumChata cream and champagne for more!


  • 6 ounces orange juice
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup RumChata


  1. In a large bowl using an electric mixer, beat together the heavy cream with the RumChata until thick.
  2. Add 2 ounces of orange juice to each champagne flute.
  3. Fill with champagne, then top with the Rumchata whipped cream.
