The Ultimate Cocktail Recipe For Thanksgiving!

We all now what it’s like hosting parties…It’s a lot of work.

The key to having a great party, in my opinion, is to get as much done as you can ahead of time so that you can actually enjoy your own party. I mean, you did all the work, you might as well enjoy it too!

Making a cocktail recipe like this Sparkling Fireball Apple Sangria is key, everything can be done ahead of time, it tastes amazing and it’s nice to look at too.

You can make this one for the kids too! Just leave out the booze and mix apple cider and seltzer together in a pitcher, you can add a splash of pomegranate juice or cranberry juice for color, too, and add in all the fruit. They’ll love it!

But for the adults, we want the booze.

This is one of those drinks that tastes so delicious you forget that the booze is in there, until after you drink a couple of glasses then it makes you remember…

How Do You Make This Sangria Recipe?

Start out by grabbing your favorite pitcher and pouring in the apple cider, apple liquor and the Fireball Whiskey. Fireball isn’t my go to choice for drinking, I have to admit. But mixing it in a sangria recipe like this one is worth grabbing the bottle.

Now get your fruit in there and top it off with sparkling apple cider or seltzer. You could use champagne, too if you want to make this cider extra boozy. Totally up to you!

Top off your Sparkling Fireball Apple Sangria with sparkling apple cider or champagne!

If you are making this sangria ahead of time, mix everything together including the fruit and then set out the seltzer or sparkling cider for topping off the glasses as people make their drinks.

That way everyone gets the bubbles, that’s one of the things I love about this sangria recipe!

What Other Whiskey Can I Use For This Cocktail Recipe?

If you don’t want to use Fireball Whiskey, or maybe you don’t love the cinnamon flavor that it has, you can definitely substitute any other whiskey or bourbon that you like.

Or you can grab an apple whiskey or a caramel whiskey, both would be delicious in this sangria!

And of course straight up bourbon or whiskey will work too, it’s really just about what you prefer drinking.

Sparkling Fireball Sangria will warm you up on cold nights!
