Oven Baked Korean Beef Tacos

Ingredients
  • 2 packages HORMEL® Taco Meats Shredded Beef
  • 1 (10 count) package taco shells
  • 4 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
For the sauce
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1½ tablespoons sesame oil
For garnish
  • 2 bunches scallions, chopped
  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 jalapeños, sliced
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the shredded beef into a large bowl.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the beef, toss to combine.
  4. In a 9" x 13" baking dish, add 10 taco shells in two rows.
  5. Fill ¾ full with the beef and then top each taco with cheese.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the beef is warmed through.
  7. Top each taco with scallions, onion and a couple jalapeño slices.
